Adblue Removal
AdBlue or SCR fault? TorxTuning provides mobile AdBlue repair in Bedfordshire. Fast diagnosis, home or workplace service. Avoid dealer costs.
What is AdBlue / SCR ( Selective Catalytic Reduction)?
AdBlue / SCR is an emission based exhaust after-treatment system, designed to lower NOx emissions.
What is done when doing an AdBlue delete?
We disable the AdBlue function from the ECU, in some cases we also need to disconnect the Adblue control module. With this function disabled there will be no more warning lights, limp mode or even worse, no start condition. This is a permanent fix.
How does AdBlue work?
In short – The AdBlue / SCR System is made up from lots of components, AdBlue Tank, AdBlue Pump, AdBlue Injector, SCR Catalytic Converter. The system is controlled by the ECU / DCU and is monitored by many sensors which are very expensive to replace if faulty. UREA is injected into the SCR filter which in turn causes a chemical reaction converting NOx gases into a Nitrogen / water vapour.
Do you have AdBlue Issues?
It is very common for AdBlue faults to cause a non start condition, if this is the case and your Car or van is in a situation where it will not start or the vehicle is in limp mode with warning lights on the dash, we are able to provide our AdBlue delete service on a mobile basis. We specialise in the majority of adblue systems such as Peugeot 1.6hdi Adblue,Mercedes Adblue, Audi Adblue, Vw Adblue, Ford Adblue, Citroen Adblue, Bmw Adblue, Seat Adblue, Skoda Adblue and many more.
Our AdBlue delete service is strictly sold as an off-road use only product

Frequently Asked Questions
Is AdBlue removal permanent?+
Yes. Our AdBlue delete is a permanent software fix — the ECU no longer requests, monitors or countdown-restricts based on the SCR system.
Will my dashboard warning lights go away?+
All AdBlue-related warnings, mileage countdowns and no-start messages are removed. No further AdBlue refills are required.
Do you physically remove the AdBlue tank?+
No — the system is disabled in software only. The tank and injectors can stay in place, keeping the install clean and easy to reverse.
Is AdBlue removal legal on public roads?+
AdBlue delete is supplied strictly for off-road, motorsport and export use only. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure legal use in their region.
How long does AdBlue removal take?+
Most AdBlue deletes are completed in 60–90 minutes, either at our workshop or via mobile service across Bedfordshire and surrounding counties (subject to availability).
Can it be returned to stock?+
Yes — we keep a backup of your original ECU file so the SCR system can be re-enabled at any time.
