All our products and services are strictly sold for off-road use only.

We are dedicated to bringing you a quality service which you are fully satisfied with. However, please make sure that you read and understand the following points. If you are not happy with any of these, please make sure that you make us aware before we start the process. However once we start the process you have accepted and agree with the below terms and conditions.

Power, torque & MPG figures

All power, torque and mpg figures quoted are estimates. The figures we provide are the figures gained from the same vehicle as yours on a dyno after applying our software. If you dyno your vehicle after our remap without having a dyno before, then you must understand that, without an original figure, the final power output cannot be questioned.

Vehicle condition & suitability

It is down to you the customer or owner of the vehicle to assess and make the decision that the vehicle is able to handle extra power as only you would know how the vehicle has been maintained and serviced. In the extremely unlikely event of any mechanical or electrical failures after a remap is carried out we will not be linked to and is not the responsibility of TorxTuning.

Pre-existing mechanical issues

Remapping can sometimes emphasise an issue that is already present in a vehicle's engine. For example, whilst a vehicle may not have any known problems showing on a diagnostic check or the dashboard, it may, say, have a turbo approaching the end of its life. This will not be evident to TorxTuning what so ever. Applying a remap may cause the turbo to fail sooner than it would have done anyway. There will be no refunds for any such problems after a remap.

ECU failure during the remap process

In the extremely unlikely event of an ECU failure during the remap process, TorxTuning cannot be held responsible, as this could easily be due to a problem over which we have no control. For example, an existing fault within the ECU brought to the forefront by the process or, for example, an unexpected power fault.

Lifetime warranty on our software

We offer a lifetime warranty on our software — the ECU calibration, AdBlue delete, DPF delete or other software file that we apply to your vehicle. This warranty covers the software we have installed only for as long as it remains unchanged. If your vehicle's software is updated by a third party, for example a main dealer, this will overwrite our software and the lifetime warranty will no longer apply. If you have had an AdBlue delete or remap removed by a dealer or any third party, any subsequent work required to reapply our software will be classed as a new booking and full payment will be required again. We advise all customers not to have any software updates, dealer visits or diagnostic flashes carried out once we have applied our software to the vehicle, unless you understand that our warranty and any associated cover will end.
