What we do to your BMW 335d
3.0 N57 / M57 twin-turbo diesel
We write a fully custom file for your exact DDE, not a generic download. Boost, fuelling, torque limiters and rail pressure are adjusted together so the turbos and the auto box stay within their safe limits.
On the N57 we also clean up the throttle response and the torque-request ladder, which is what makes the car feel sluggish off the line from standard.
Every 335d gets a health check first — swirl flaps, boost leaks and EGR condition all get looked at before we write anything. If the car isn't fit to tune we tell you before you pay.

Typically around 350bhp and 520Nm on a standard, healthy car. Exact figures depend on engine variant, fuel quality and condition.
Is the gearbox strong enough?
Yes. The ZF 6HP and 8HP handle stage 1 torque comfortably. We keep torque within the box's rated limit, and an xHP tune sharpens the shifts to match.
Will it affect my MPG?
Most owners see a small improvement on a steady cruise. Drive it harder and it will use more — that part is down to your right foot.
