Post-2020 G-Series ECUs locked a lot of tuners out. We now bench read and write the MG1CS201 and MG1CS024 ourselves, so the M340i can be properly calibrated rather than left on a piggy-back box.

Isn't the post-2020 BMW ECU locked?
It was. We now have a bench read/write solution in-house for MD1CP032, MD1CS001, MG1CS024, MG1CS049 and MG1CS201, so there's no mail-in unlock.
How long does it take?
Allow around three to four hours for a bench job, including removal, read, write and refit.
Does it affect the warranty?
Any manufacturer warranty on the powertrain may be affected by tuning. We can return the car to its original file before a dealer visit.
